Failing root canal. Transition to an implant with extraction and bone grafting with custom bone graft putty and AlloDerm membrane. After 4 months healing implant placed with additional augmentation. After 2 months, final restoration made.

Tooth #6 the upper right cuspid was impacted and previously exposed,a chain was bonded and it was moving into position but toward the facial. This procedure helped to create more room for easier positioning while managing the appearance and functionality of the gum.
